Every iGo bike comes with a charger and user manual.
There are many different factors that come into play when discussing battery range. In ideal conditions, these batteries are capable of up to 60 km (38 mi) range on a single charge. Variables such as, but not limited to, wind direction, wind speed, rider weight, pedal-assist level, terrain, and slope greatly affect the range that someone can achieve on one charge of the battery.
The battery can be recharged either on or off the eBike. All you have to do is plug the charger into the charge port, and then plug the charger into the wall. The light on the charger will turn red; this means it is charging. When the light turns green, your battery is fully charged. Remove the charger from the wall and unplug it from the battery.
The battery will recharge to a full charge in 4-hours.
No. You do not need to wait until the battery is completely out of power to recharge it. You can charge it as much or as little as you like.
Under proper care and usage, the battery is rated for over 600 cycles. After this time, the battery will retain up to 60% of its original capacity.
A replacement battery will cost $699.
Our eBikes can go any speed you can pedal to. However, the top speed of the motor is government regulated at 32km/h(20 mph).
At iGO, we design our eBikes to work just like conventional bicycles, but with the added performance of electronic technology. Our eBikes do not require any more maintenance than a regular bicycle would.
